I own every phantom game and loved them all but these 2 new ones aree really a waste of money. Trouble getting on and those that are found out they are being used as beta testers. They say it could be a couple months before its running right. I definatly would not recommend these 2 games to anyone.

I have been a big fan of the Phantom slots and have bought all of their games except for the card games and the IPT game. I was really looking forward to the new 3d games even though I had started becoming dissalusioned with the company and some of their customer service practices. I can play both of the new games on my computer…………….BUT……….there have been way to many problems with the games both online and offline. I wish I could reccomend the games now but I can’t. So many people have computers that meet the requirements for the games but can’t even get them installed, or if they do get them installed, they can’t play. The games were not tested enough and were released way to early. I know Phantom is working to correct the problems, but most of this should have been done before release, especially if your computer has an intel chipset. Wait a few months and then maybe they will measure up to the quality I had come to expect from Phantom, but for now save your money.

I have purchased all of this company’s previous releases and was excited to get this one, but the game is just a nightmare of useless software. The game will not run and I have a brand new computer that met the specs listed on the box. I have tried to get help on their message board and customer service but they were not friendly and kind of rude. Nothing I did could get the game to run and now my computer is fried thanks to doing all their recommended fixes to get the game to run. (which never helped and weren’t fixes!) Stay away from this garbage. I found out also that they released it knowing it didn’t work and are using the buyers who paid money to get a working game as beta testers even though the buyers like myself paid for the game. Useless garbage. Very disappointed. Don’t waste your money unless you happen to need a shiny new set of coasters.

I can’t believe Phantom would release such rushed-to-market low quality. I expect more from them. I love their older games, but this new game won’t even work. I’ve tried everything they recommended and still nothing. Now they won’t even take the game back. It shouldn’t be this hard! All I want to do is sit at my computer and enjoy a couple hours of slots fun. I don’t want to go online or do a bunch of things to my computer in the hopes that maybe…only maybe…will it then work (oh, and by the way, it still doesn’t work).
I highly recommend the new IGT Little Green Men by Masque. Much easier to install (1 CD that you don’t even have to keep in the tray!), no problems and it plays great. Plus they have the real machines that I love playing in the casinos! Now this is what I was looking for. Phorget Phantom.

I own and enjoy all the previous titles by Phantom EFX. However after installing this I only get an application error. Tried the patch still does not work. They need to have the bugs out before releasing new games. Save your money and buy the new IGT Little Green Men. This game installs and works. The slots on IGT are the same slots that used to be in the casinos.
